# Email subject lines

Five subject lines per concept for launch email, lifecycle, and cold outreach.

Rules:
- Max 50 characters (for mobile preview)
- No emoji
- No question marks (soft-sells only)
- No "Quick question" or "Re:" fake-reply tricks
- Lowercase friendly, sentence case acceptable
- First word should be concrete, not a marketing verb

## Preheader pairings

Each subject should be paired with a 60-120 char preheader that extends the hook.

Example:
- Subject: "Your hardest ten minutes"
- Preheader: "The 1:1 with Marcus. The board call. The conversation you keep rewriting. Pulse reads the context."

## Do not

- "[Leader Name], here is your..." - personalization tokens at the start read as automation
- All lowercase OR ALL UPPERCASE
- Subjects that start with a verb (Try, Get, See, Join) - they look like every other SaaS email
- Punctuation as attention-grabbers (!!, ..., --)
