## Original creative assets

All original creative in this kit (ad renders, logos in SVG/PNG, palette files, copy documents, overlay system specifications, photography crops with overlays) is the property of Hey Borton and is provided to approved production partners for the sole purpose of executing the Hey Borton / Pulse launch and related marketing programs.

### Permitted

- Use across Hey Borton / Pulse paid media (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display, programmatic, email, OOH)
- Use in Hey Borton / Pulse owned channels (website, app store listings, email, newsletter)
- Adaptation by approved agency partners (resizing, translation, UTM tagging, format extension) provided the brand rules in `/08-guardrails/` are followed
- Inclusion in agency case studies after campaign conclusion, with written approval

### Not permitted

- Resale, sublicensing, or transfer to third parties without written consent
- Use in any campaign not associated with Hey Borton / Pulse
- Removal or alteration of the Hey Borton / Pulse wordmark
- Use of the ad creative to train machine learning models
- Incorporation into stock asset libraries

### Photography model releases

The photographs in `01-ads/` are AI-generated using approved brand direction. No real individuals are depicted. No model releases are required.

## Fonts

Both fonts included in this kit are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1:
- Inter (https://github.com/rsms/inter)
- IBM Plex Mono (https://github.com/IBM/plex)

The OFL permits:
- Free use in commercial and non-commercial projects
- Embedding in creative, software, and documents
- Redistribution as part of bundled software or asset kits
- Modification (with renamed derivatives)

The OFL does not permit:
- Selling the fonts as a standalone product
- Removing the OFL notice from redistributed font files
